Refund Policy

Criteria

Prescription medicines cannot be returned or refunded due to legal and safety restrictions unless there has been a pharmacy error (e.g., wrong medication dispensed). If you receive an incorrect prescription, contact Customer Support within 48 hours. Pharmacy error claims will be verified before refunds are issued.

Eligible

Nonprescription/Healthcare Items, Nonprescription medicines, wellness products, and healthcare accessories may be returned within 30 days of receipt if unopened, undamaged, and in original packaging.Opened, damaged, or used items are not eligible for a refund unless defective.

Return Process

To initiate a return, log in to your account, go to ‘My Orders,’ and select ‘Return’ next to the relevant item.Provide a reason for the return and supporting documents (invoice, order number).

Refund Processing

Refunds will be initiated only after successful verification of returned items by the seller.

Refund Timelines

Cash/Wallet: 1 business day after verification, NEFT/Bank Transfers: 1-3 business days, Online payments: 7-10 business days as per banking rules.Refunds are issued to the original payment method unless otherwise stated.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for securely packaging return items; keep original labels and invoice intact�.Return shipping costs may apply unless the return is due to pharmacy error.

Exceptions

Items marked “Non-Returnable” or those with expired return windows cannot be refunded.Special promotional or free items included in orders are not eligible for individual return or refund.
